How to Apply

   Step 1: Submit documents for application
► Documents required:Resume by the applicant;Colored passport size photographs ;Copy of Passport/Travel documents;Letter of Good Conduct from your relevant government agency or police report from country of residence or citizenship;Certified copy of Marriage Certificate if accompanied by spouse;Certified copy of Birth Certificates or Legal Documents if accompanied by children, adopted children, step children or parents;Employement CertificateNote:All documents that are not in English must be accompanied by an English translation certified by the Embassy of Malaysia.All documents enclosed with the present application become the property of MM2H Centre.Dependents refer to:-SpouseBiological children / Stepchildren / Adopted children (below 21 years old)Disabled children certified by a medical doctor (no age limit)Unmarried and unemployed biological / adopted / stepchildren (aged between 21 and 34)Parents / Parents-in-lawForeign domestic helper (only applicable to Platinum participants)
 
Step 2: Conditional Approval letter issued by MM2H Centre
►The processing and approval process will take 40 working days from the date of submission of the application (provided the documentation is complete).►Once the main applicant receives the Conditional Approval Letter, they must complete the visa endorsement process within 3 months.
 
Step 3: Applicant arrives in Malaysia
► Open saving account or current account in any bank in Malaysia for the  purpose of fund transfer into Malaysia to open Fixed Deposit Account.
 
   Step 4: To complete the application process and receive MM2H Social Visa
► We will assist and advise you in obtaining the following:Fixed Deposit Certificate – Applicant to open a fixed deposit account in any bank in Malaysia .Medical Insurance PolicyMedical Report- Applicant to have medical checkup done with local qualified Doctor (panel of MOTAC).We will represent you to MM2H Centre to submit FD Certificate, Medical Insurance Policy and Medical Report to complete the MM2H application process and to receive the Social Visit Pass.Social Visit Pass fee is RM500 per yearDuration of the Pass is based on validity period of your passport and catogory of MM2H.

Step 1: Document Preparation & Application SubmissionPrepare the Letter of Intent for MM2H application.
Complete the MM2H Application Form.
Fill in the IM.12 Visa Application Form.
Fill in the Health Declaration Form.
Fill in the Personal Bond Form.
Prepare the Statutory Declaration of the Main Applicant:
He/She will bear all costs and expenses of the accompanying dependents during their stay in Malaysia.

Authorize the Malaysia My Second Home Centre (MM2H Centre) to verify the main applicant’s financial documents and information with relevant financial institutions.
Step 2: Obtain the “Conditional Approval Letter” (Approximately 40 working days or more)Collect the Conditional Approval Letter and inform the main applicant.
Step 3: Open a Bank Account in Malaysia or Pre-open a Savings Account with Bank of China Malaysia to Arrange Fixed Deposit Transfer from OverseasAccompany the main applicant to open a savings or current account at the bank.
Step 4: Travel to Malaysia to Complete Visa Procedures, Purchase Medical Insurance, and Submit Fixed Deposit Certificate at the Immigration DepartmentAccompany the main applicant to undergo a medical check-up, purchase medical insurance, and open a fixed deposit account.
Represent the main applicant to collect the MM2H visa at the Immigration Department Headquarters in Malaysia.
